The Church Development Sharing Session will be held on 14 June (Sunday) from 2:00pm-3:00pm in Hall 1. Brothers and sisters are encouraged to attend and continue praying for the future direction and needs of the church.
Baptism service and membership transfer service
The first Baptism and Membership Ceremony of this year will be held on Sunday, 31 May.
Applications for baptism and membership are now open and will close on Sunday, 5 April.
Details regarding the Baptism and Membership classes will be announced at a later date. Those who are interested in applying may speak to the pastor.
Ps. Arthur Leung

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Arthur came to faith in 1995. He migrated to Australia with his wife Iris in 2000, and their daughter Stephanie was born the same year. He graduated from Morling College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Ministry and began his pastoral journey, serving first at North Side.
Arthur later served with Power to Change for nine years, ministering to Chinese international students at Macquarie and Sydney universities, and spent another nine years pastoring various Mandarin-speaking congregations. In 2024, he completed a Graduate Diploma in Christian Counselling.
With over 18 years of ministry experience, Arthur returned to North Side in 2025 with Iris, hoping to walk alongside brothers and sisters in Christ and continue living out the Great Commandment and Great Commission.
Rev. Leo Kwan

Leo was born and grew up in Hong Kong. He came to Sydney in 1994 and was baptized in 1995 at North Side. Leo worked as an electrical engineer for 36 years before starting full-time pastoral ministry.
Leo graduated from Morling College with a Bachelor of Theology degree in 2015; and received his pastor’s license from the C&MA Australia in 2016. In the same year, he has started his pastoral ministry at North Side mainly looking after the Cantonese ministry.
Leo is married to Alice. Together they have an adult daughter who, with her husband, is also engaged in ministry, while raising three kids. Leo’s favourite pastime is singing, coffee and table talk.
Rev. Eric Lai
English Ministry Pastor

Born in Hong Kong, migrated to Australia in his high school years, Eric studied in a Christian high school and decided to commit his life to Christ at a youth group outreach event. He worked as a Civil Engineer before starting full-time pastoral ministry.
Eric graduated from Morling College with an M.Div. and an M.A. (Theology) degree. In addition, he has also completed a research paper in a diploma of theology certificate. Joining North Side in February 2023, Eric’s main responsibilities include discipleship and ministry development in the English Youth.
Eric is married to his college classmate, Ruth, and together they have two children. They enjoy spending time with the kids. When he has time for himself, Eric enjoys reading with a good cup of coffee.
