投票確認聘請蔡沛良牧師，為本堂主任牧師，任期為兩年，從2023年1月1日至2024年12月31日。

Result 結果:

Over 75% of vote in favour of the appointment of Pastor Andrew Piu Leung Choy as the Senior Pastor of NSCAC.

超過75% 的投票，贊成聘請蔡沛良牧師為北雪梨華人宣道會主任牧師。

Voting to elect four church members from eight candidates, one from each worship service, to join the nomination committee with Pastor Hiram Lau, Elder Kowk Wai Cheung and Elder Simon Chan to nominate candidates for the deacons (2023) and elders (2023-2025) election in AGM 2022.

從每堂崇拜八位候選人當中，選出四位，加入提名委員會。與劉海林傳道、張國偉長老及陳光倫長老，提名執事(2023年度)和長老(2023-25年度) ，在2022年週年會友大會中進行選舉。

Minutes of the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Resolutions議決事項 : 

1. Adopted the previous minutes of 2021 AGM, 2022 EGM and Church Business and Ministry reports in 2022 Annual Report. Motioned by Nancy Chan and seconded by Betty Tu.
2. Adopted the auditor’s report for 2020/21. Motioned by Michael Du and seconded by Andrew Mow.
3. Adopted the financial report for 2020/21 and budget for 2021/22. Motioned by Pal Dou and seconded by Ricky Li.
4. Elected Daniel Yeung, Jack Cheng, Patrick Or and Wayne Ng as elders for a 3-year term from Jan 2023 to Dec 2025.  They all received more than 124 votes which was above 75% of the attendance in order to pass the motion.
5. Elected Alex Lei, Andrew Lam, Betty Tu, Chris Tu, Gary Chang, Iris Chung, John Leung, Michael Du, Pal Dou, Ricky Choi and Ricky Li as deacons for a 1-year term from Jan 2023 to Dec 2023.  They all received more than 83 votes which was above 50% of the attendance.

1.   通過接納二零二一年度週年會友大會及二零二二年度臨時會友大會會議記錄, 及二零二二年年報內的會務及事工簡報。議案由陳駱麗明姊妹動議，並徐江寶華姊妹和議，及獲得超過出席會友半數以上投票支持。

2.   通過接納二零二一/二二年核數師報告。議案由杜昳漓弟兄動議，並繆靄興弟兄和議，及獲得超過出席會友半數以上投票支持。

3.   通過接納二零二零/二一年財務報告及二零二一/二二年財務預算。議案由杜駿驊弟兄動議，並李家俊弟兄和議，及獲得超過出席會友半數以上投票支持。

4.   通過選出楊允祥弟兄、鄭志誠弟兄、柯美奕弟兄及吳劍榮弟兄出任長老，任期三年由2022至2024。他們全部都獲得多過124票，超過出席會友人數四份之三支持。

5.   通過選出以下十一位弟兄姊妹成為二零二二年度執事 : 雷雋弟兄、林建隆弟兄、徐江寶華姊妹、徐承志弟兄、張幹元弟兄、鍾李翠霞姊妹、梁偉勤弟兄、杜昳漓弟兄、杜駿驊弟兄、蔡宏基弟兄及李家俊弟兄。他們全部都獲得多過83票，超過出席會友人數支持的半數支持。

Alex Lei (on behalf of MES Music Team)

Every Sunday, the music team has played an important role in complementing the Biblical preaching at MES. We have aimed to help our congregation members worship God and teach one another about God’s character and the great riches of His love. We trust that God has been using the songs sung at MES to deepen the faith of our congregation members and spur us on to live lives that are pleasing to Him. 

All of our music team members have eagerly and sacrificially served in the music ministry this year. From attending weeknight rehearsals to preparing busily at home to leading worship on stage, everyone in the music team has worked hard for the benefit of the MES congregation each Sunday. Thanks be to God! 

God has certainly answered our prayer for new members in the music ministry. This year, we welcomed new guitarists, Johnny, Ida and Eric; new singers, Verity and Sylvia; and, a new drummer, Roger. We also welcomed Hilary back as a singer. In addition, our pianist Samuel has chosen to step up and lead a music team. As a result, we were able to increase the number of music teams from 4 to 5. We can see how God sustains His ministry and we pray that we can add more new members and leaders into our team to faithfully serve Him. 

As we move into another year, we continue to depend on God for guidance in this ministry. We hope to run more events, raise up more leaders, train up more musicians and continue serving MES, all for the glory of God.

We kicked off the year with a dinner in Eastwood with 14 ladies – it was a good time of catching up and meeting new ladies.

We held an outreach social in May, making keyrings and the turn out was great – with many inviting daughters and mothers to the event. 

In July we attended the annual EQUIP conference, this year focusing on the book of Haggai, where we were reminded of the kingdom of God which is here now on earth and challenged to think about whether or not we are building up God’s kingdom or busy building up our own temples (homes/earthly lives). What we do for God’s kingdom here now on earth is not in vain, as we are partnering with the God who is Lord of both heaven and earth, to build his (future) kingdom. 

I am excited for our upcoming meet in September as we will have a guest speaker from AFES to come run a workshop and challenge our ladies.

As we continue to meet every second month, my prayer is for growth. As ladies who enjoy a good chat over some good food, I pray that our relationships grow with one another so that we may continue to be a safe place for sharing life and supporting one another as sisters in Christ. I pray that we individually experience growth in our relationship with God and ultimately grow in our characters as Godly women. I pray for growth in myself and the committee, that God may raise up volunteers or further support for the fellowship so that we may continue meeting in a way that encourages and edifies and not lose sight of the hope we live for. 

北宣弟兄姊妹及主內同工們, 我們總務團隊在此向大家問安,並感謝你們的代禱和行動的支持, 一起在事奉中領受神所賜的祝福和喜樂。這也正是信徒在信仰生活裡操練信心, 愛心和盼望。

從一月至今,我們靠著神的幫助和大家的參與,已完成以下各樣的事項:

1. 四月份教會大掃除
2. 堂内外清潔: 玻璃門/窗、防蚊網、冷氣機隔麈網、雜物、舊傢俬等；
3. 教堂外四周: 修剪四周樹枝、剪草、清理車道樹葉、清潔外牆等；
4. 聯略Parramatta City Council的委辦VEOLIA清理收集樹枝和雜物。

2. 同心協力筹備茶點(場地，熱水供應，餐具等)。
3. 八月份,為九時正的崇拜會眾,進行消防演習。
4. 設施维修,更新及安裝: 燈膽更換、Hall 1 正門修理。
5. 外判工程: 消防設施定期檢測,確保符合市政廳的規定、更新年度消防安全聲明 (Annual Fire Safety Statement)

今年長青團的主題是「持定盼望、活出今天、擁抱未來」，團契週會内容除了查經， 還有行山旅行、電影、粤曲欣賞、見證分享、專題、遊戲等等。

去年十一月下旬吳玉生姊妹受洗，她是家中首位基督徒，願神帶領她一家活在恩典中，早日歸主。年初孫婆婆和張伯先後安息主懷，我們都懷着不捨得，盼望將來在天家重聚；也有團友搬遷到安老院舍居住，感謝主她很適應那裏的生活和住得愉快：並為李姨感恩，她最近做完手術，傷口不太痛，好精神，已回家休養，讚美神！

每當擔心出席人數下降，上帝已預備了新朋友來参加聚會，並感動一些本堂弟兄姊妹主動來支持及服侍長青團，很激勵。我們也邀請一些團友負責不同崗位事奉，彼此服侍。

最後，多謝牧者、團契職員、組長、司機，並各方面有份協助及代禱的肢體，有賴他們忠心的服侍及參與，願主賜福給長青團，使用這個平台能榮神益人。

自2022年下半年以來，詩班在神的感召下開始恢復實體練詩和獻詩。

盡管詩班人數比疫情前差不多少了一半，由於個别原因暫時不能實體出席，盼望他們有一天可以歸隊，有些聲部没有人唱，指揮會靈活地有一些改動及安排，為求令整體有更佳的效果。近這幾個月先後有兩對夫婦加入詩班，他們在聖樂上有很豐富經驗，感謝主！

詩班除了每月第三個主日獻詩，還會在節期及特别聚會獻唱。

回顧一年來天父對詩班的帶領是實在的，恩典是豐富無比的。願天父帶領我們詩班，做到眾口一心，一起以音樂服侍上帝，歌頌讚美祂。
