嘩！歲月如飛哦！不知不覺中三十五年過去了。我雖然沒有三十五年都安
身在北宣，但卻有過一段極美好的歲月在其中，在這年老發白的時候，回
想超來、真是流金歲月呀！不論是歌唱、或領查經班、或講台上分享主的
道等等，回頭細看、都顧得珍貴。我也深信有許多弟兄姊妹，雖然在事奉的
崗位上不同，都會有着同樣的威受。

是！在慶典的日子裏，人往往會作回顧，但是更少不了的是前瞻。回顧只
能帶給我們戚受，因為過往的舜酸苦辣都已經過去了；淮有前瞻才會給我
們激勵、令我們勇往直前。

若是從做人的角度來看，一個三十五歲的人是在他蓬勃歲月中超步的人、
學業完成了、事業開始了、人生略慬了丶等等。然而最珍貴的是這位正在壯
年的他，有難力去建立他餘下的人生。我想了一想、又再想，神是否也會透
過做人來提醞、鼓勵、激勵北宣，領我們踏進攜在前面的三十五年呢？答
案的是與非，就留給讀者自己思考吧。總之、我把那鼓舞我的聖經抄出來，
或者讀後、你也會得到鼓勵，是嗎？經文說：
「神阿，我到年老發白的時候，求你不要離棄我，等我將你的能力指示下
代，將你的大能指示後世的人。（詩篇71 :18) 」

「將你的能力指示下代，將你的大能指示後世的人」道出了丶我們下一個
三十五年的使命，那就是
薪火永傳！

Thirty-five years ago God called Chinese people man, Augustus Chao, to start a church in Australia, in particular in Epping, where at that time many came to live when they migrate to Australia.

No doubt they had their ups and downs, but God had proved Himself faithful as His servants remain obedient to Him.

And here you are today, 35years later, with three congregations- Cantonese, Mandarin and English and sending your missionary couple to Africa!

God to be praised indeed!

I pray that many more young people from this North Side Chinese Alliance Church will answer the call of God to serve Him, whether at home or overseas.

Let us be found faithful to Him until He comes!
